  • Ralph Blum and Ramsey Anabtowi are great to work with. I bought my very first VW vehicle here and couldn't be more happy. Positive/Friendly/Professional interaction, clean facility, no pressure like you experience at many other dealers, and very easy going atmosphere and experience overall. They play fantastic music inside the main building and there is wireless internet, snacks, drinks, a clean bathroom, and lounge areas for the customers. They are pet friendly to boot which is always a nice bonus being able to bring your furry friend along with you. VW of South Charlotte offers shuttle service, loaner cars, and car washes as well as many other perks for their customers. Overall VW of South Charlotte provides a generous collection of amenities and services that are attractive in gaining and retaining customer business and loyalty.
