  • This store pretends to care about the environment by offering a bag credit for not using one of their disposable shopping bags, yet REFUSES to give you a bag credit if you don't need a bag at all! The cashier told me the incentive was for 'bringing in your own bag' which apparently is taken completely literally. The cashier refused me a credit even though I could hand carry my 4 items out the door. It's too bad she and this store could not see the bigger picture and reward customers for minimizing waste and thinking about how we can help the environment. Very disappointing, Whole Foods...
