  • Disappointed. Paid what was in my opinion too much to get a simple 2x3" patch sewed onto a knapsack. No problem though, I accepted the quote so fine. But when I picked it up it was off-center! I mean seriously. This was about the simplest job a professional seamstress could do, and they did it wrong! What's more, they had the gall to begin to deny that it even WAS off-center. As if it wasn't clear enough visually, I was forced to prove it with a tape measure. It was only then that they offered to redo it. So now I have twice as many pinholes in my knapsack but at least the patch I wanted on there doesn't look lopsided. I really don't know if I'd trust them to do something more expensive or more risky (for example, involving cutting). I'd be looking elsewhere for my next sewing task, big or small.
