  • Tried the brisket and pulled pork sandwiches. Both were excellent, not too wet, not too dry, sauce tasty but not sweet. I just came back from a trip through the southern states and ate some stellar barbecue, and this deserves comparison. A little on the pricey side, but I'll be back.
