  • 3.75 stars. Better than you may think. Open air and a decent place to stretch out if you're driving from northern IL to southern IL. Pretty similar to other outlet malls other than being in the middle of the state (just off of I-57). This one is not quite as big either, but still decent. The goods: - Bath & Body Works Outlet, Corningware Corelle Revere Stores, Harry & David and Bath & Body Works Outlet. The usual suspects: Gap, Polo/Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Coach, Old Navy, etc. Coming soon: Christopher & Banks. So where is Tuscola? It's south of Champaign, east of Decatur and north of Mattoon (about an hour drive away from each city). Would this be a place where I would go out of my way to go to? For reasons of distance, probably not. If I'm on I-57 and need a stretch, this is a decent place to go. It's not nearly as crowded as its northern Illinois counterparts. Fast food is near by as well. Tuscola is a nice, typical small town in middle Illinois. The people are nice. I only wish they had better food closer by.
