  • I've been using this company for years but recently their service levels have dipped considerably. The average age of the drivers has increased significantly where most of them don't even try to assist passengers with luggage. The wait times have increased and the number if passengers per trip are generally now maxed out. I'm happy to hive up my Aeroplan points for better service so giving my business to their competitor Park2Go.
