| - Drones Plus (And HobbyUSA) have professionals who know their subject exceptionally well and service after the sale.
In March in the store, Brandon was amazing. He knows drones, drone uses, accessories, laws, and people. On two consecutive days, I subjected him to a grueling series of questions, and, he answered all except one (which DJI hadn't answered, to date). My only regret is NOT taking his suggestion/idea and getting the second controller when I had the chance (and at a significant discount). (The Inspire 1 can be operated by an individual; however, one of its many strengths is that one person can fly while the other operates the camera.) I purchased an Inspire 1, and, I love it.
The Inspire 1 is not cheap; however, it is an exceptional value for the money.
Inspire 1 batteries have been undersupplied. Recently, Drones Plus received some batteries and propellers. I ordered. There was a small problem with quantities. (Propellers and QDs come in pairs. I tried to order six props -- three pairs -- but the invoice was incorrect.) I called. Brandon was superior, again. He looked at the invoice, saw the problem, fixed it, and sent a new invoice in mere moments. Delivery was FedEx and arrived two business days later.
While I had him on the phone, I pumped him for information. He had some, and, he lacked some through no fault of his own. (DJI is almost Apple-secretive.) I asked about a teased product. He put me on the notify list when it arrives. Epic!
If you're considering a quadcopter, do some research, then visit Drones Plus.
