  • I realized I was coming up on my last week to get my ring inspected for the 6 month maintenance under the insurance. My fiancĂ© and I moved to Phoenix from Miami so I wasn't familiar with the stores here. The last time I got it inspected in Miami, I didn't go to the Jared's where the ring was purchased and I regretted it. They had to keep the ring, the pick up day got pushed back because they were "really busy", then the day we picked it up...it had temporarily been misplaced. Naturally, this time around, I was a little anxious. As soon as we walked into THIS location, we were greeted with smiles and the offer of bottled water or coffee. The gentleman who greeted us found a young lady to help us right away and gave us two cold bottles of water. The young lady who helped us was great! She was attentive, personable, and professional. She inspected the rings (I brought my wedding and engagement ring) and continued to hold a conversation as she did. I appreciate the awesome customer service we received and will absolutely return to this location.
