  • Horribly overpriced. They do not post a price list and every time I ask for the cost at drop-off they act like it's the weirdest thing and they have to "go ask" in the back (even for simple items like a shirt!). Then they come back with a shockingly high number that is never consistent from one visit to the next. A duvet cost me 22 dollars one time (pricey but acceptable) and then for no apparent reason the same exact duvet cost 36 dollars (63% more!) to clean a few months later.
