  • Had a terrible experience. Bought a new upholstered nail head bed at what I thought was a great deal (under $500) and was told it would be in within 2 weeks. I was charged immediately and told I would be contacted when it arrives, 2 weeks later after I've heard nothing I call and am told that it was supposed to arrive Monday but the truck with my bed on it broke down and would arrive first thing Wednesday. I again hear nothing (great customer service) and call Wednesday afternoon so I can play to pick it up and they tell me the trucks late and my bed will be there the next morning "first thing". Thursday afternoon after STILL hearing nothing, and having to practically chase down the owner who's "never in the store" he finally says my order was never on the truck and it's going to be another 4 WEEKS! So 7 weeks, when I was told 2. He then says he'll call me back by close of business to see if there's anything he can do to rush it. Obviously the next part is obvious - I hear nothing for the next 4 days despite me calling several times and being told I'll be "called when the owners back".... Out $500 and still waiting on my refund. Highly recommend you DO NOT ever purchase anything from here.
