  • We moved out of state a few years ago and tried to sell our house in Arizona after the market started to bounce back. The realtor we used at the time was not responsive to the market and our house sat for 90 days while other houses in the area got snapped up. We found The Hill Group through yelp, and spoke to Joshua before listing the property with them. Joshua explained he is solely responsible for selling properties for The Hill Group and that his attention would be focused there. As promised, Joshua provided solid recommendations throughout the process, from what was needed prior to listing the property, to a competitive listing price, to which items to negotiate once the offer was in. We were clear that we wanted to sell the property quickly, and he reacted accordingly. We went into contract within a week of the listing date, and we closed within 60 days. We were out-of-state for the whole transaction. We have engaged in multiple real estate transactions, but we can say with absolute certainty that this was the easiest one. We would recommend The Hill Group to anyone.
