  • Honestly, I rarely ate Rosati's when I lived in Chicago. It wasn't even close to being in my top 5. However, having lived in Vegas for 15 years now, my options are limited---especially to what's close to me. With that, I'm happy Rosati's is here. I still find their pie to be a bit salty (I think their double dough is better), but it is a way better option than most everything here. Also, the Italian Beef is better than Al's, but not as good as Sonio's.
