  • This place is a true hidden gem. Not really hidden, but this place has been my go-to for a while now, and appointment or no appointment the staff are always happy to take you with no wait time! I've noticed it is never crowded and not many people are there which is kind of disappointing because this places deserves a lot more attention than it actually gets. I always leave happy with how my nails look and feel, and you can tell they care about you. I've gone a number of times for bio-gel nails, and mani-pedis. (Needless to say the prices are amazing). For bio-gel, they are very careful not to leave your nails bulky or bulging at any angles, and they take their time to perfect their shape and length so both hands match. The gel does sting a little under the UV light, which they warned me of beforehand and told me to remove my hand as soon as I felt that. It is a very minuscule sting to be honest. The nail polish on top of the gel nails started fading around the edges after a week, but never actually chipped-though it obtained a "scratchy" dull appearance quickly. The pedicures are my absolute favourite! Zero complaints. Super comfortable and (unfortunately I did not get her name) but the lady who was helping me was very friendly. I wear a lot of tight shoes, so she warned me that it'd be damaging to my nails in the future if I kept it up, but happily fixed them for me nonetheless. After my pedi they gave me disposable slip-ons that I could shuffle around the shop in until my feet dried. Lovely atmosphere, flatscreen TV always playing something funny to entertain you while you get pampered. The decor is very stylish. While most women there speak little to no English, unlike in most places, they pay attention to YOU rather than each other and you don't feel like they are speaking about you in their native language. There is one male there that does most of the communicating with the clients who speaks fluent English and is also super helpful and friendly! Overall 10/10
