  • I hated not giving this place 5 stars. My issue wasn't in store at all, in fact my in store my experience was wonderful. My issue is with the delivery service. First last night I was told my items would be delivered between 1-4 today and I confirmed . Then this morning, suddenly I was notified it would be between 6-9. I called and told them I had already confirmed between 1-4 and it needs to be the earlier time since no one will be home this evening. The delivery manager explained there was a glitch in the system and she would let them know to deliver to between 1-4. Well, I just received a phone call telling me they're running behind and wouldn't deliver until after 5. Which means we totally have to change our plans for this evening so someone can be home. Conns don't make a commitment time frame schedule to your customers and then change it on them, it's frustrating.
