Not judging on the atmosphere, as it's a chain and these people have no say. But customer service is key. Which unfortunately was somewhat lacking. We witnessed two other parties having issues at the same time as us, so maybe just a bad night? The server did slightly try to make it right, but with so many mishaps, the experience was kind of swayed. Wrong beer. Wrong burger. Dead house, long wait. No compensation on the bill for said mishaps. Maybe will try a different location or a later date. Chin up.
