  • My biggest pet peeve is when a nail salon isn't upfront with wait time. 2 of us came in and they didn't have enough staff, but they didn't actually TELL us that or we would have left. When 2 people go to get mani pedis it is expected that they get services done together. The lack of communication hurt them bc they missed out on two services because they couldn't communicate to us that they didn't have enough staff. Pedi was ok not the best, the entire time she did my moms nails was awkward. When you have guests complain normally a apology is in order when it is the business' fault, don't expect that here. They just stopped talking English or to us at all. Would not recommend and will definitely not return. There are too many other options in this town.
