  • I wanted to like Kaizen because it was certainly lovely inside. But frankly, it just didn't do it for me. I've been there twice now, and while I certainly didn't have any BAD experiences, it just didn't wow me enough to justify the extra price. The rolls didn't really appeal to me as much. The service was fine, but it felt a little cold, which I found odd since it was pretty empty both times I was there. It's not like they were swamped. I might still give it one more chance, though.
