  • Too busy to respond! On 2nd September, I had called this business only to get a voicemail suggesting I rather leave a text. Sounds reasonable, I send a text with the actual picture of the damage but it is Sunday night today and no response. How else is a customer supposed to contact them? Waiting for an answer for 3 days is just not acceptable.
