  • They only get one start because yelp requires more than zero or negatives. I don't have time for a long review. Let me just say. After a lot of hoop jumping for a move at the end of January and back and forth with Mike from College Hunks and our new property management office.... these clowns were no show. Confirmed the move with Mike and secured with my credit card with him. Got an email the night before the move that my move was cancelled. I promptly texted Mike at this location who I'd been corresponding and arranging with and it was confirmed by him that we were all set for an early morning move the next day. The next day. All packed.... Other deliveries set at the new place later in the day.... Companion animals prepped and safely in their crates for travel..... And these guys were no shows. No response to repeated phone calls or texts that previously I'd been able to reach them at. Customer service at the 800 number was apologetic but useless as they also couldn't get ahold of anyone from this office. I never did get that promised phone call back either. From anyone.
