  • I had my 2004 RAV4 14 years and cried when I had to retire it. I was not happy w/my trade in so we decided to take a quick look at the new C-HR. After the test drive I was not sold but my salesman knew I was a loyal Rav4 lover (having had 2) so he showed me last 2017 on lot. I was in love. I honestly can say I would not have gotten any car this weekend if it wasn't for Orlando, my salesman. He was funny, listened, all around great guy. I was only planning to test drive but after the excellent customer service with Orlando and also Chris and Curtis I decided to stay loyal Toyota fan.
