  • One word: sensational! New Year's Eve night, 12/31/2017, I visited inside the Caesars Palace's Colosseum to watch this Vegas blockbuster music concert performance of Celine Dion, and I must say, this was a flawless show it was! Here's how it went. I attended for her 1,074th show, yes it's her 1,074th show so far since the premier back in 2003! The show started with an opening banger of "I Surrender" with full live orchestra, back up singers and a live band too. Her songs were so emotional and gorgeous like these greatest classic hits: "All By Myself," "The Power of Love," "Because You Loved Me," "The Show Must Go On," "Beauty and the Beast," and "It's All Coming Back to Me Now." I really loved how she expressed her emotional times after the passing of her late husband, Rene and her new song that she performed "Recovering" which it was mesmerizing to hear by letting go of her hardest times and a new beginning. Additionally, I also loved Celine's humor during the whole performance because it was uber entertaining to watch. How incredible! Besides the ballads, her upbeat performances were so much fun to hear and danced to by covering her favorite songs of different artists she listened to before she started her solo singer career especially singing French tunes too. The choreography: amazing, and I've never seen any single disappointments at all from start to finish! Speaking of finish, her encore performance of "My Heart Will Go On" from the 1997 Oscar winning blockbuster, "Titanic" was simply unbelievable and magical especially the fountains at the near end of the performance too. What a grand encore finale it was! In the end, this Celine Dion Vegas residency concert at Caesars Palace is the most spell-bounded and sensational music concert show that I've ever purchased and visited for the first time! A must watch for Celine fans around the world especially travel goers too! A standing ovation! My rating: 5 solid stars.
