  • This is based on previous owners: sad to say pinnacle no longer runs this complex. Staff and maintenance crew is gone. New staff and maintenance with new company which is from Utah. Complex is barely a year old. Unfortunate but great place to live. Quiet. Most of the time tenants comply with rules. Parking isn't a issue but people who know not to park under covered spots do so anyway. Previous staff sent out a e mail to remedy the problem which was obeyed until new company took over. Hard to park in covered spots when one apartment has four cars and you have one. Pool area was always clean and maintained. Continental breakfast I heard will be taken away. Time will tell. Rent increase? I hope not. Would rather pay for a home then to pay high price for an apartment. Might be pricey for some, so don't expect to pay $900 for a two bedroom. Great area. Let's hope this place doesn't skip a beat. Would be a waste
