  • Michelle Howard is unprofessional, and a cheat. I have told all 300 of my guests at my party, to tell all their friends to never use her or her business. She skimped on the balloons I ordered, and did NOT deliver what we discussed. She short counted, yet demanded full payment! She's rude, and blunt, and harassed me on the day she d my party!!! Totally unprofessional!! Don't trust this woman.
