  • This location transitioned from Triangle to Enterprise. Since I had used both in the past, I assumed there would be no issue. The 1st agent I spoke with couldn't find my loyalty info, but fortunately they haven't fired everyone from Triangle. Jennie was able to pull my Triangle info and meet the online rates from a competitor. When we arrived to pick up the car, they didn't have anything but a 3 Series BMW. They upgraded us immediately and we were able to leave our sedan in their secured lot. The experience was great from beginning to end. We always shop for rental car deals, but wind up using this location because they offer positive experiences.
