Alright so i have a love/hate relationship with this place, I really don't know much about their operation but something i can tell is that the employers who bake certainly don't follow the same recipes for these desserts/pastries. For several months now i've been hooked on their bread-pudding slices, However i've noticed lots of inconsistencies. For example usually their bread pudding is dense/rich and coconutty but today i picked up a few slices and it was HORRIBLE; Literally the worst thing I've ever had; a strong moldy taste which even left a chemical-like after taste in my pallet. I couldn't finish it. Looking at it up close it seems that they must've thrown in some expired frosting-like ingredient in the batter which gave it a slight rainbow'ish color; Overall it was just bad.
I'll give them 2-stars because they have been consistent with their cheesecake and cheese-flan desserts, Can't really speak on anything else since i haven't tried enough of their products. I will point out however that their prices are unusually high, We're talking $3+ a slice of cake which seems like somewhat expensive but that's obviously subjective to your budget.
I may change my rating if all goes well in the future, As far as today goes i walked-in expecting to have a tasty treat and instead I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth. :(
UPDATE: Stopped again by this location on 12/17 and picked-up another slice of bread-pudding and can confirm it certainly wasn't my taste buds, Their bread pudding has a chemical taste and looks somewhat pink, It appears they may use a bunch of leftover pastries to make them which normally is okay but if you're going to charge $2 a slice you better make sure it is edible. Sadly i've given this place enough chances also it appears they have raised their prices even higher.
