  • I went in about a month ago to help my mom pick out glasses. Americas best does have a wide variety of glasses compared to other optical shops I've been to, Just good luck on getting helped. We asked the women working multiple times what she though of the fit etc and she kept shrugging and responding with I don't know it's whatever you like. After 25 minutes of feeling awkward and getting no help we picked out glasses, came back 8 days later to pick them up. Right away my mom said something with the glasses was not right and she couldn't see with them. We were back a few days later being that the glasses kept sliding down her nose, they tightened them and we were back a week later for the same issue. We explained that she couldn't see right with them, but nobody seemed to care. I personally think the glasses are not the right fit. These glasses do not line up right with her eyes and are still sliding down her nose. The glasses are so bad that she doesn't wear them at all. It's terrible that she can see better up close with dollar store glasses than americas best 300 dollar prescription glasses. Very disappointed and would not recommend this location to anyone.
