  • Worst BofA in AZ!! Dark,dingy, and understaffed. No one understands the concept of 'Customer Service'. The manager appears to spend all her time flitting about and gossiping instead of helping customers, while the lines get longer and longer. Employees are overworked and manager is incompetent.
