  • I purchased a Groupon for a gel mani and Spa pedi. I set up an appointment two weeks in advance. I tried to call to confirm an hour before the appointment and I got hung up on. Then I called back and Natalie answered. She said she could not confirm my 3 o'clock appointment because she wasn't at the shop yet. I told her it was with Katie. I arrived at the shop on time and found that Katie was no longer working there. She had quit. The shop was full and they could not accommodate my appointment and asked me to come all the way back at a later time. When I called in a couple of hours to confirm a later appointment there was no answer and no return phone call. Groupon was fabulous and refunded my Groupon.
