  • This Apple location is in Southpark Mall, which allows for easy drop-ins, for a quick need, or the ability of putting your name on their waiting list, shop and return for your service. First, let me start by saying don't be deceived by all the people, Apple has a streamlined process for making sure your needs are met in an adequate amount of time. Upon arrival you are greeted by an Apple employee to determine your needs. Based on that they direct you to the appropriate section for assistance, and provide you with an expected eta. Which I love, because if you have 5 minutes perfect, but if it is an hour you can schedule an appointment, if that doesn't work, to come back. This location also allows appointments to be scheduled online. WIth all of that said, the employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. I have always left very satisfied and would definitely return to this location. Most recently I spoke with one of the employees about computer courses and am looking forward to signing up for one, to learn more about what my iPad offers.
