  • We stay at Hilton chains when we can. We enjoy their reward system. We are able to check into the room by phone. They send us a digital key and we simply walk in and go to our room. No lines. No fuss. The room was nice clean basic. The bed was nice. I don't really expect much when you are staying at this level of hotels. It was quiet and clean and the price was right. Fine by me! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the shuttle driver. We arrived late in the evening. You lose 3 hours headed this way so you can't help it. Well we arrived during game 7 of the World Series. Not only did the Indians choke now he was missing the game because of us. He made it quite clear from slamming the doors to giving gruff one word answers that we messed up his night. I still tipped him since I felt bad. But this guy really needs to learn how to keep a professional attitude even if your night got ruined. We got back in the bottom of the 8th. Oh yeah shuttle to and from airport is a major plus. Just make sure you don't need it during major events!!!
