  • Where can I start this place was the worse experience Ever! I was suppose to move into their complex on August 29th but didn't. Not only was the apartment not ready to move in but the assistant manager didn't even care at all. The apartment we were suppose to move in was dirty! The carpets had red all over it like they didn't shampoo it. There was a few blinds that were messed up! The tub was not cleaned fully. The cabinets were even peeling!! The refrigerator smelled like fish and when you opened the door there were 5 -6 gnats flying all over inside of it! GROSS! But you all expected me to move in this place! Didn't even try to put us in a much cleaner unit to accommodate us! The assistant manager Kiara didn't care! Not only did we have a bad vibe from her from this but even in the beginning we felt she just didn't want us to move in there! She kept saying we need more things after I kept asking and she said we were fine. She told my boyfriend to send proof of his old apartment residence but since he didn't remember the unit number she told us we may not get approved! But we were already approved for the apartment . She later explain this was a whole different approval she was checking but she didn't explain that to begin with so she made it seem we may not even be able to move in after we were already approved. All in all this was a horrible experience my boyfriend and I were pretty much homeless because we didn't take that filthy place and our lease was up for our other place!! Kiara was very misleading our unit was suppose to have a fire place and it didn't as well. After the walk through my boyfriend gave her back the keys and said we changed our mind she didn't even care just said ok and took the keys! Didn't try to help us get another unit NOTHING! We are lucky we didn't sign the lease contract but we took a loss at our administration fee which I feel we should get back! I even tried contacting corporate and left a message no one has returned my calls ! You guys dont care one bit and it's not only sad but it's bad business. Now my boy for and I have to look somewhere else because of it.
