  • The sales end was fine. I had already done my research and knew what I wanted. The salesperson was nice and worked with my schedule. The finance guy (Alex M.) was what made my car buying experience at this dealership the worst EVER. He was condescending, insulting, and acted as if I did not know what I was doing by not taking up his offer to the extended warranty and service packages he tried to sell me. Without a doubt, this was the worst car buying experience I have EVER had at ANY dealer in my lifetime and I have traded in and bought 7 cars over the past 15 years (wife and kids drive too). My wife LOVES the new car and many of our fiends like ti too however, I would steer them or anyone else away from this dealership based on the insulting and pressured tactics of the finance department. Go somewhere else where you will be treated with more respect.
