| - If I could give this place 0 stars, I probably would. I was just there today with my friend to get a car wash. We're at the register and this.... 'Lovely' lady named Augusta heckled us out. First of all, I asked for a car wash and she immediately said, "huh?" In this very rude way. I repeated myself and she started tapping her overly long nails on the pricing and asked us which one. We said we would like just the basic one and she started tapping her fingers faster and blurted out, "WHICH ONE?!" So we chose the basic one at about $10 a piece. We purchased two and when we go to pay, she says, " k, that $20 dolla." While we were paying she kept demanding us to press certain buttons as if we never used a credit card machine before. So we go to the car wash and we were greeted by a guy named JY. This guy was beyond rude to both of us. He expected us to pull in the car wash perfectly and do everything without instructions. There were no steps to enter the car wash and as we proceeded to try and get in ourselves, he felt the need to yell at both of us. He kept yelling demands and we were following them, just maybe not to his standards. We pulled out to the Bay Area and he yelled at me again for not pulling up far enough. They then proceeded to clean our cars and as they were doing so, they made fun of my friends car because it was old. We weren't going to tip any of them, but because we felt he probably needed it more than us, we have them all a tip. JY then has the audacity to count the tips in front of us. Basically, this place was ghetto as hell and these people don't know the first thing about customer service. It was really pathetic and I hope the owner knows that their employees are acting in this way. I will never come here again. I can spend less money somewhere else and get better service. So sorry JY. You probably need to get another job. This isn't a damn trap house!
