  • This was my first time at a Momofuku location so I was super excited to finally get to try Tosi treats. Loved the soft serve on the first floor. The cereal milk soft serve had the right amount of sugar and salt because it's not too sweet and I liked the texture that the toasted cereal added to give it a nice crunch. The cookies were over hyped or just not fresh enough. The cookies had a chewy texture but I'm still unsure if I found that to be pleasant. They made me question how long they had been sitting in the fridge and when they were baked, which cannot be a good thing. The birthday cake truffles were super sweet and I really wish I could have bought the birthday cake by the slice. Overall, I think I would skip the cold walk-in room and just get the soft serve. I wish I had the chance to also try the fruity cereal soft serve. The prices are high and personally I would rather make my own fresh batch of cookies. If I ever feel like splurging in the future, I am definitely buying that entire birthday cake.
