  • Very disappointed, I have left 4 messages with this complex to answer questions about the complex. It has not been 1 week since first message and have yet to hear from anyone, is all they do is shoot me emails, and have the nerve to send an email to rate them. How can I rate them if I have never spoken to anyone. I also got an email thanking me for stopping by and to please rate them. I never ever stopped by. I am still waiting for a phone call. So I decided to give up on them because if you can not talk to someone I can't imagine living there and trying to get a hold of someone. Horrible customer service. Please cancel my app online, I have gone on and do not have option to cancel. If you can not provide customer service then that tells me something ! There reply is false - never ever called me and no message left !
