  • I've never used a storage facility before now. I am very satisified, we walked in to get prices and the manager honored the online special pricing. She was very nice, walked us through the unit, advised of all fees, due date for payment, how to cancel and everything else we could think of. We also tried to get the free moving truck and it was already in use, the manager scheduled it for the next available day but advised if it was returned that same day with enough time for us to use it she would let us know. well, before we left the parking lot, the truck was returned and we got to use it. For now, since it is only my first month, everything is perfect.
