  • So we used Thor on two occasions: a leaking toilet and a broken ac unit. Both times they were able to send repair men same day. First time I paid $140 which I thought was fair and reasonable for one hour of work. The second time I paid $450 for the ac repair. Before calling Thor I got diagnostic done by another company and they were pushing new unit for $6500. I'd say spending $450 made me actually happy. Both times I was happy with the employees sent to my house; nice, polite, seemed knowledgeable and, most importantly - effective. I don't know if they are the cheapest in town, but I would trust them on both - their work and their estimates. Will definitely call again if need be.
