  • I know there are a million reviews on NOCA and I feel a bit trendy in writing this, but I just had dinner for the first time tonight and I have to compliment this place! I was shocked it was in the same complex as Delux, for some reason I pictured it standalone, someplace like the Vig. Walking in was a bit of a déjà vu for me because it reminded me a lot of Fenix, only flipped. (OK - seriously - now I just feel like I'm name dropping!!!!) Of course the service was impeccable and the cotton candy was delightful, but I loved that each course was broken up with some little special "treat." A spoonful of watermelon salad (just a bite!) and a tiny espresso cup of soup almost felt like a fantastic palette cleansing between each course. The food is really well balanced, cooked to perfection and served with respect. I love that they print their menu every day too! The only thing I had difficulty with was pairing an appetizer with an entrée - there were such different choices it was hard to find a good match. So here's 5 stars for NOCA! Another little gem in the valley. Boy, aren't we lucky?
