  • I had high expectations for this aquarium, however, I was disappointed in a number of ways. Firstly, the prices were incredibly high. I was broke moments after walking through the doors. Secondly, as soon as I walked through the doors I was assaulted by an odd fishy scent that (as I soon found out) permeated the entire aquarium. Thirdly, I found myself disgusted with the incredibly small enclosures that were being given to the animals. I have been to a plethora of other aquariums all of which gave the appropriate amount (even more in many cases) of space that the animals required. The animals and other aquatic creatures appeared to be mistreated if anything. I even heard recently that a dolphin died here (at Dolphinaris), so soon after opening. The treatment of these creatures was incredibly disgusting; this is one of the main reasons why I will never be returning. Fourthly, there was a video that we were essentially forced to watch that exhibited poor and uncalled for behavior. The woman and the man in the video made remarks that demeaned one another. It was not funny at all. Deadpool was funny, they were not. Conclusively, this aquarium is one that is overpriced, unclean, abusive to its inhabitants, and supporting rude behavior.
