  • My favorite airline. I've never encountered an employee that seemed to hate their job... they all seem to love what they do & that's hard to say at an airport. Travelers are the hardest people to deal with so I definitely appreciate southwest's friendliness. I flown with several different airlines in my traveling life & southwest tops them all. They always go above & beyond what I expect from the less expensive fare.
