I have been going to this gym for the past 6 months, it is excellent. Paul offers a unique form of exercise, in a unique non discriminating, non intimidating boxing gym environment. The classes are challenging focusing on abdo/core strength training, cardio and most importantly boxing - he teaches in such a way that anyone can learn the basic boxing moves and techniques. There are also Intermediate and Advanced classes which are more in depth techniques. Paul is an excellent trainer with infinite patience. The gym has a friendly vibe and the staff are extremely accomodating. There is also a Nutritionist/Personal trainer who is currently running a 90 Meltdown program which includes boxing, bootcamp and meal planning. Melissa runs this program and she is an excellent trainer - vibrant, energetic and encouraging. I hightly recommend this gym and all of its programs.
