  • Banana Republic store has the worst customer service. No wonder they don't have their own yelp listing. Don't let their staff take your clothes to start a fitting room, they'll lose them as a result you'll waste time shopping at their store. Stores like Banana Republic make me stop coming back to Shops on Don Mills. Also their Starbucks line is ridiculously too long with very limited seating. What a waste of my time. I was thinking about watching a movie but their customer service is probably bad too. I've had enough with this place.
