  • Robert and the team are the absolute best. Robert Buchanan is the MAN. I called several different Firestone locations about a specific tire, all stated that it was unavailable (which is fine), but none took the time to call me back and offer me a deal as well as work within my budget. The shop was very clean and their service was excellent. I got new tires and the technician even wiped down my car and shined the tires. Robert and the other front sales associates are hard working. I see them helping customers one minute, and the next they are out in the bay getting their hands dirty. Robert was very knowledgeable about the different tires and not once tried to up sell me. This WHOLE shop needs to be recognized for their hard work and effort. Its the little details that leave a mark and retain customers. You would be a fool to pass this shop up for maintenance.
