  • I've been coming here since before the new management and I can say that I miss them! Now this place seems like every average nail place. Last time I came, I was sweating from head to toe from the lack of air conditioning. I don't know about anybody else but I want to be comfortable and relaxed when I go get my nails done especially if I'm paying for it. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried it one more time and my experience was even worse. They sat me in a massage chair that was broken and wouldn't move me. My water was way too cold for my pedicure and it lacked the whole relaxing experience. To top it off, it felt like there was no air conditioning in there!!!! I will never come here again! So disappointed that the new management didn't maintain the great customer service that the previous management had. Time to find a new shop.
