I recently purchased a brand new Nordic track treadmill from this location. Upon delivery the two guys (who are outsourced and not actually employees of sears) coped an attitude when they were informed the treadmill was going up stairs. I told them that I specifically told my sales rep that it was going up stairs and he supposedly made a note of it. Well the delivery guys damaged the unit and actually broke off a piece of plastic. I also paid to have it professionally installed being that I just had surgery and am unable to do so myself. Upon calling MANY times to speak with the store manager, I finally got in touch with him. I told him the situation and he told me that they would be willing to swap it out for a new one. The machine runs just fine as far as I can tell so I said that it didn't seem necessary. HOWEVER, I do believe that I should be reimbursed/compensated for the damage. He told me he would contact me by the end of the following week with a customer
Service rep to file the complaint. I have now called over 8 times and have not been able to get in touch with him. Customer service is no help either as I filed a claim weeks ago and have not received word. This location is a complete rip off. I suggest taking your business elsewhere being that they do not value their customers or have pride in customer service.
