  • STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS RIDENOW AS POSSIBLE. Fortunately for the company they have other locations that are much much better but the Peoria location is terrible. My buddy and I went to there Tuesday as I was in the market for a new bike. It was a hot day here in Phoenix and when we went inside the huge showroom we actually spent 45 minutes wandering around looking at bikes without a single salesperson or anybody from RIDENOW PEORIA staff asking us if they could help or even offering a water, which os standard here in the desert. We then wandered over to the Indian section of the dealership where it took another 15 minutes before a cashier advised my buddy and I that we could actually sit on a bike. The cashier pointed us out to a salesperson named Rick who approached. I advised him that I was interested in a 2014 Indian that I saw on the floor but specifically asked about flexibility on pricing as the price was a little high. I wanted to see if there was wiggle room as I loved the bike. I advised Rick up front I was pre approved for 14,000 so I needed the price to come down a little to make that work. . He said he would find out but had to finish something up. So we waited and waited and waited. He then cameback and asked for my ID, claiming he needed it to see if he could get the price I wanted. I refused as he did not need my ID to determine if the price was flexible. He said okay and went off, to what we thought, was to give me an answer to my question. And we waited and waited and waited. Ri k finally came back but not with the answer to.my question, but instead a sales work up at the original price. I reminded him that I wanted to know if the price was flexible but if it wasnt cool we would walk. He claimed he misunderstood and said he would find out for us. It was while we were waiting for him to return that another Salesperson named Sarah, wish we had her up front, actually offered us some water after being in the dealership nearly 90 minutes. After another lengthy wait, we see Rick walking by we asked "Dude, whats up with that price?" And he goes "oh, them other guys havent been back here to talk to you?" That was it! We left amd went NorthValley RIDENOW where I purchased an awesome Vaquero same day. The difference in customer service and salesmanship night and day. If you do go here, ask for Sarah maybe you will have a shot at a good customer service experience.
