This used to be one of my favorites but something has changed the last few months. The service has gone way downhill and the place doesn't look as nice. Old coke boxes piled up behind the counter and cheesy decor.
This morning we asked for coffee but received stale hazelnut coffee. She replaced it but didn't apologize. Instead acted like she did it on purpose wanting to get rid of an old pot before letting anyone have the fresh brewed.
We asked for our quiche not to be heated because we were taking it home and would heat it there rather than doing it twice. She heated it anyway.
We asked for a ham and cheese croissant and she offered to heat it up. Again we declined and explained we would heat it at home. When we got home we had a ham and cheese sub sandwich in the bag instead of the croissant we ordered. Not what I wanted for breakfast and I have to wonder why she would offer to heat a sandwich that was mostly lettuce anyway.
We have been patient with the last few visits not being up to par because we liked this place so much. But I think we are done now. It's a shame.
