rev:text	There is a gem here by the name of Bert Neal in the Service Department. He was truly a blessing to me. I cannot not say enough GREAT things about this Gentleman. He went above and beyond his call of service to satisfy his Customer. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here at Henderson Chevrolet. While although I didn't buy my car there, I bought it in California, you wouldn't know by the excellent service in which they provide. The Oil Changes I receive are quick and they never try to recommend items I genuinely don't need. There was a younger Gentleman in the oil department with the large piercing holes the young generation is wearing and I feel horrible that I forgot his name but he actually changed my tail light and I would so much love to give him a tip. I look for him all the time. He didn't have to do it for me as he could have just referred me to buy the light and do it myself. Bert Neal coordinated my front camera getting repaired. He even provided a rental car for me to use while my car was in the shop for a day. This Man is such a great person. He truly truly knows what EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE is and strives to only deliver such. Please let his Manager know that he is not only "the cool guy who owns a Harley with the CA style blue Converse shoes" but he is truly the reason I will only purchase my cars here and have them all serviced here no matter what!! Thank you again, Bert!!! Thank you thank you, Henderson Chevrolet.
