  • Never had my animals groomed here, but I'm commenting on their service. Every time I go in I am greeted right away and politely helped, never pushy. They offer a few foods that are hard to come by like first mate. I would have given 5 stars, but my last visit was in the summer, it was boiling out, maybe 30 degrees and when I pulled up there was a skid full of wet and dry dog foods. Right in front of the door. Io assumed they just got a shipment, though of being it was 7pm. When I went inside there was a man sitting at the cash desk, doing nothing and for the whole 20 minutes I was there not a single person was attempting to bring the food in. God knows how long it sat out there and comprised the integrity of the pet food. I will never go back knowing this neglect.
