I've eaten here a couple times now and have to say that I'm quite pleased with the food. I can only speak of my experience a couple days ago, since that's what's still fresh in memory.
I ordered the tonkotsu ramen and was pleasantly surprised to find how well balanced it was in seasoning. I was mostly afraid of it being over salted. Unfortunately, the egg was a little more well-done than I would have liked.
We also ordered the gyoza and takoyaki as appetizers. The gyoza was seasoned well and had great flavor when paired with the sauce. The takoyaki was okay, but I wish there wasn't so plain, even with the sauce and bonito flakes.
While we did go during peak lunch time, one person in our group did wait significantly longer for his food than the rest of us.
All in all, great ramen without having to drive to travel through traffic for Toronto. Can't wait to come back again!
